Our client provides cloud-based collection software solutions for financial institutions. Their goal is to increase collections efficiency and provide insight into future credit decisions.
This role requires a strategic mindset and exceptional leadership to drive complex projects to successful completion. You will be responsible for managing high-impact customer implementation projects, mentoring junior team members, and setting and executing strategic project goals.

Responsibilities:
- Build, strengthen, and foster positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate internal and external project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they align with strategic business goals.
- Manage complex project timelines, risks, and issues, providing proactive solutions.
- Develop and implement project strategies that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and integration.
- Organize and coordinate project go-lives and post-implementation reviews.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Report on project status, including progress, risks, and issues, to senior management and stakeholders.
- BA/BS Degree in a related field required
- 4 years’ experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and teams.
- Experience in the credit union and/or banking industry is highly desirable.
- Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring junior project managers or teams.
- Advanced skills in risk management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
