Position Summary:
Be Well Clinical Studies is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This position is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in financial management, and a willingness to learn the unique financial aspects of clinical research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Issue and track stipend payments for study participants.
- Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial reports to support decision-making.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Maintain compliance with financial policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Monitor cash flow, reconcile accounts, and ensure financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize financial strategies and efficiencies.
- Learn and adapt to the financial complexities of clinical research.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 3 years of financial management experience, preferably in healthcare, research, or a related industry.
- Proficiency in financial software (QuickBooks, Excel, or similar tools).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
