Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for processing invoices and issuing payments
  • Post transactions and reconcile accounts
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Respond to vendor inquiries
  • Reconcile vendors statements
  • Cash application and collection activities to assigned accounts

Qualifications :

  • 3 years of previous experience performing accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
  • Experience in manufacturing or distribution environment preferred
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to function and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
