Bookkeeper - Framingham, MA
We are assisting our client, a non-profit organization, in their search for a Bookkeeper to handle daily accounting tasks, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role involves working closely with leadership on cash flow management, audits, and payroll accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage reconciliations for balance sheet accounts and cash activity
- Process journal entries and track capital leases
- Assist with audits and financial reporting
- Monitor cash flow and banking transactions
- Review payroll entries and maintain financial schedules
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business preferred
- 4 years of general ledger accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software; Abila/MIP experience is a plus
