Our client, an inventory distributer in Randolph, is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. This role is fully onsite role, with hours 8am-4pm, and it is compensating up to $27 an hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities :
- Find, grow, and manage accounts
- Ensure customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service
- Make daily outbound calls and schedule appointments
- Data entry into CRM database and inbox management
- Prepare necessary quotes for respective territory
- Collaborate with manager daily
- Personalized emails to prospects and customers to generate leads / appointments / revenue
