Cost Accountant (Hybrid)

Position Summary:

A global brand marketing agency is seeking a Cost Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring project budgets, tracking costs, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor project costs, budgets, and forecasts.

• Prepare cost reports, variance analyses, and financial projections.

• Ensure accurate revenue recognition and expense allocation.

• Review and reconcile project-related transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and change orders.

• Assist in month-end close processes, including journal entries and financial reporting.

• Collaborate with project managers to analyze cost drivers and recommend cost-saving measures.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant accounting standards.

• Support audits and provide project financial data as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• 2 years of experience
• Software experience is a plus
