Our client is looking to add an Instructional Designer to their team. This is a 10 month long contract with the potential to extend and would require you to go into the office Tuesday - Thursday in Waltham, MA.
The Commercial Learning and Leadership Development (CL&LD) team is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer / Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing engaging learning experiences and visually appealing graphic content. The role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to create instructional materials that enhance learning and retention.
Key Responsibilities :
Instructional Design :
- Analyze learning needs and performance gaps.
- Develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, job aids, and training manuals.
- Design and implement interactive and engaging learning experiences using various multimedia elements.
- Apply adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
