IT Procurement Analyst

Required Skills:

Bachelors' degree or comparable work experience required

3 years of procurement or sourcing experience is required

Experience with IT procurement is a plus but not required

Must have experience with informing business partners regarding contract status

Must have experience with contract renewals

Experience with negotiations is a plus but not required

Must be able to work with all levels of an organization including executives

Must have experience ensuring billings are properly issued

Must have experience with facilitating the NDA process

Must have experience tracking and reporting on expiring vendor contracts

Must have experience circulating legal documents (SOWs/MSAs) for signatures via DocuSign

Must be able to update Vault entries as Legal approvals are received

Experience with invoice processing and discrepancies is ideal but not required

Must have strong communication and collaboration skills

Must have strong accuracy

Any project management skills are a plus

Experience with Workday Financials is a plus but not required

Must be able to work well in a team environment and independently

This role will assist in driving contracts and other processes for IT and some additional business areas within the organization.
