Real Estate Attorney

Beacon Hill's client, a top Am Law 50 firm, is seeking a real estate attorney.

• Location: Remote (Washington State or California) *Seattle-based candidates must be open to working in the office
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months (Concurrent employment is not permitted)
• Hours: 30-40-hour workweeks

Qualifications:

• Must be actively licensed and in good standing in the same jurisdiction you reside (Washington State or California)
• 4 years of solid real estate law experience, including real estate development and construction contracting, drafting, and reviewing leases, purchase and sale agreements, and standard real estate terms
• Comfortable with technology
