**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HR Assistant specializing in recruitment to join our Human Resources team. As an integral part of our recruitment process, you will support the efficient hiring process by ensuring seamless communication with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Recruitment Support: Assist in full-cycle recruiting, including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Candidate Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive experience.
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, manage calendars, and ensure all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and employment records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Onboarding Assistance: Provide support for onboarding by preparing documentation, facilitating orientation sessions, and ensuring new hires have necessary resources.
- Job Advertising: Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards and social media.
- Event Coordination: Help organize and attend recruitment events such as job fairs and campus visits to attract potential candidates.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports, handling correspondence, and assisting with other HR-related tasks.
**Requirements:**
- Education: Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience: At least one year of experience in recruitment or a similar HR support role.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact effectively with candidates and team members.
