Office Coordinator
This position is responsible for managing various administrative tasks and maintaining a well-organized and productive office environment. This role will involve interacting with employees, clients, and visitors, as well as assisting with a range of office-related duties.

This position reports to: Director of Human Resources
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in office coordination, administrative support, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greets and assists visitors, clients, and employees.
- Answers and directs phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintains a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Manages office supplies and order new supplies when needed.
- Ensures the breakroom is clean, well-stocked, and organized.
- Handles incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintains and update office files and records.
- Assists in data entry and document preparation.
- Oversees office maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinates with vendors and suppliers for office services.
- Assists with basic Human Resources tasks as needed.
- Provides support to various departments as needed.
