Overview: As the Field Service Manager at Bear Cleaning & Restoration, you will play a critical role in overseeing our operational field services. This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage and support our team of technicians while ensuring high standards of service delivery and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding and Hiring: Recruit, interview, and onboard new technicians to meet operational needs.
- Supervision and Discipline: Provide leadership and guidance to field technicians, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. Implement disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Fleet and Shop Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of company vehicles and equipment. Ensure all assets are operational and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Large-Job Bids and Project Supervision: Lead the bidding process for large-scale projects. Supervise project execution to ensure quality, budget adherence, and timely completion.
- Residential Cleaning Process Standards: Maintain and enforce residential cleaning standards to exceed customer expectations and uphold company reputation.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate technician performance. Provide regular feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the cleaning or restoration industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of fleet management and maintenance practices.
- Ability to interpret project requirements and create competitive bids.
- Understanding of residential cleaning processes and standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in project management or related fields.
- Experience with CRM software and scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements in the cleaning and restoration industry.
