What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant position at Bear Small Engine Repair, LLC?
Bookkeeper/Receptionist for busy small engine repair business. Responsible for answering phones, assisting customers, billing and purchasing for the business. Also assist customers with financing mowers. Must have QuickBooks and payroll/taxes experience.
Also responsible for bookkeeping for storage units - taking payments, entering contracts, accounts receivable and day to day operations of units.
Must be able to multi task and be detailed oriented.
Position is part time December - March, then full time April - November.
We are open Tuesday - Friday 8 - 5 and Saturdays 8 - 1

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 21 – 37 per week
