About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, managing high-performing teams, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns. As the Head of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence, driving user acquisition, and increasing customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy to drive acquisition, retention, and engagement for our venue and artist products.
- Recruit and hire team members to build a robust marketing organization.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Oversee our digital presence, taking responsibility for the positioning, messaging, design and development of our website, social media, and branding.
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and PR.
- Support sales team by creating enablement tools like decks and case studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product development, sales, and customer support.
- Experiment with new acquisition channels, such as SEO and influencer marketing, to fuel growth.
- Manage marketing budget to maximize ROI and allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve business goals.
