Growing Local Moving and Logistics company has an opening.
Put your organizational skills to work managing communications and customer relations in a busy office.
This is a part-time opportunity with a growth path. This is an office environment with some flexibility built around a 3 or 4 day work week. Plan on 24 - 30 hours per week on average.
The job requires someone who can handle details, manage customer expectations, and be part of a team that will deliver excellent service to our clients.
All applicants must take responsibility for and be able to complete tasks efficiently.
Training will be provided.
A good attitude and excellent work ethic is required.
Candidate(s) must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Duties include the ability to:
- Provide excellent customer service while handling customer inquiries and communications.
- Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Accurately complete paperwork and update computer files and schedules.
