Beau Chêne Country Club is a private social, sport and golf country club that is set on a beautifully scenic 36-hole golf course. The club house has 2 restaurants and bars that cater to our members and their guests. The clubhouse also has 3 private rooms that host a variety of private parties and functions.

Essential Functions:
- Assists Wait Staff by transferring meals from the kitchen to the patrons.
- Sets tables with clean tablecloths, napkins, silverware, glasses and dishes.
- Serves ice water, rolls, and butter.
- Cleans tables and removes dirty dishes and soiled linen.
- Replenishes the supply of clean linens, dishes, silverware, and glasses in the dining room.
- Keeps the bar stocked with glasses, liquor, ice, and drink garnishes.
- Duties performed are seating members, running food and beverages, cleaning and prepping tables after each seating and at the end of each meal.
- Other duties are to identify if clean new menus are needed, wrap silverware and make sure work area is clean in the front of the house and back.
- Provides set-up services for special functions and banquets.
- All other as required.
Physical Requirements:
- Continually walks throughout work shift
- Must be able to lift and walk with 50 lb. tray, boxes, dishes and be on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours to be considered for this position.
- Requires bending, reaching, and twisting mobility
Working Conditions:
- Must have availably on weekdays, weeknights, weekends including Sundays and major holidays
- Position works mainly inside with occasional outdoor functions
Additional Qualifications:
- Ability to understand and follow directions spoken in English
- Banquet experience is a plus
- Must have a clear background search
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a high paced casual/fine dining environment
- Completion of Responsible Vendor training program, and have current Louisiana Responsible Vendors Server Permit
