We are seeking a highly qualified Elementary Literacy Specialist to join our team at Beaufort County School District. As a key member of our instructional staff, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the school-wide literacy program and providing reading instruction to students in small and large group settings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, with experience in teaching reading to elementary students. A Master's degree in Elementary/Middle School or Reading/ELA is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate will be able to use research-based information to instruct students in reading, provide RTI services, and collaborate with colleagues to identify students who need instructional support in reading.
