SUMMARY:
BJHCHS Inc., seeks a bilingual Switchboard Operator to support our Center. The switchboard operator would perform routine clerical, secretarial and administrative work in answering telephones, receiving the public and providing customer assistance.
DUTIES
- Successfully routes incoming calls to the appropriate extension.
- Meets and greets visitors in a professional manner.
- Abides by proper procedure regarding distribution of confidential correspondence.
- Navigates eClinical works health system software
- Provides clerical support to the Executive Assistant and support staff as needed.
- Maintains excellent attendance record.
- Maintains staff schedule and conference room logs.
- Keeps employee extensions rosters and mobile contact numbers current.
- Maintains good rapport and cooperative working relationship with staff.
- Maintains log and contact numbers of service technicians
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Ability to handle multiple assignments with minimal supervision
- Ability to follow procedures, prioritize work and maintain an organized work area.
- Must have excellent MS Office skills.
