About the role
As the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of our lifecycle marketing initiatives, focusing on optimizing the customer journey from acquisition through retention. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing new customer conversion, reducing churn, and increasing customer lifetime value within our customer funnel. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Data Analytics, you will deliver personalized and impactful experiences that drive business growth.
What you’ll be doing :
- Lifecycle Marketing Strategy :
Develop and implement a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy, addressing each stage of the customer journey.
Lead the development of onboarding programs that effectively introduce new users to key product features and benefits, accelerating time-to-value and adoption.
Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, user behavior, and funnel conversion rates.
Partner with Product and Sales teams to align lifecycle initiatives with product updates, feature launches, and user feedback.
Develop programs to increase customer loyalty and advocacy, such as customer testimonials, and case studies.
