Bellami Hair, a leading luxury hair extension brand under Beauty Industry Group (BIG), is seeking a Director of Distribution to oversee our Distribution Center Delivery teams (warehouse transportation). This role is responsible for ensuring an exceptional delivery experience, seamless order fulfillment, and operational efficiency for delivering the best delivery in full / on time experience for our Customers.

This position reports to Sr Director, BIG Operations for the function and to Bellami President for the business.

The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with experience in logistics, fulfillment, and process optimization in a high growth, omnichannel Consumer Goods environment (ideally from Beauty industry).

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Strategy

Lead and optimize daily operations for Warehouse Distribution, ensuring alignment with Bellami’s standards and customer expectations.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels across fulfillment and customer support.
Monitor and optimize KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment speed, shipping efficiency and return / reverse logistics.
Implement automation and technology solutions to enhance workflows and scalability, including WMS (warehouse management systems)
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards within warehouse operations.

Warehouse & Distribution Management

Manage inventory control, shipping, and order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Optimize warehouse layout, staffing, and logistics to meet demand while maintaining cost efficiency.

Establish best practices for quality control, reducing order discrepancies and returns.

Negotiate with carriers and vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely shipping solutions.

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and develop Warehouse Distribution managers and their teams.

Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that aligns with Bellami’s growth and customer-first approach.

Set performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and support team development.

Budget & Reporting

Manage department budgets, ensuring cost efficiency in warehouse operations staffing.

Analyze and report on operational performance, and fulfillment and transportation efficiency to senior leadership.

Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.

Requirements :

7 years of experience in operations management, logistics, fulfillment leadership.

Proven experience leading warehouse / distribution teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Strong background in process optimization, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.

Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and warehouse management software.

Analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision-making.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Industry experience in beauty, e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods preferred.
