Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities
- Matches and codes invoices to purchase orders and/or receiving documentation for data entry
- Code master card receipts and fuel receipts
- Performs data entry
- Researches and resolves accounts payables issues with vendors
- Communicates with various departments to obtain necessary information
- Receptionist rotation, daily mail pickup and drop off at the post office as needed
- Responsibilities and tasks outlined in this document are not exhaustive and may change as determined by the needs of the company
Skills & Requirements
- Skills acquired from previous accounts payable experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Education & Experience
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of accounts payable experience
