Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center is located in Breckenridge, Colorado - the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. What You'll Do:
Our Maintenance Admin will assist our Maintenance Department and will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the resort. The Administrator supports the department's operations by maintaining the office; scheduling work orders; communicating and partnering with other departments, guests, and owners; tracking hours for department employees, and various other administrative tasks. Maintenance Admins will act as the liaison between Technicians and guests or other departments to ensure work orders are completed satisfactorily. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an aptitude for detailed work completion, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We will train the right candidate and offer growth opportunities throughout the company! Full-time, year-round position with benefits eligibility. Housing may be available on a first-come, first-served basis based on position.
Position starts at $22.00/hr. DOE
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and schedule work orders
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians to ensure job completeness
- Communicate with guests, owners and other departments in regards to work orders
- Inform impacted areas of disruptions
- Keep everyone updated on statuses and timelines
- Assist with scheduling and tracking of employee hours
- Keep Maintenance Admin office orderly, supplied, and operational
- Additional office and administrative tasks
What You'll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient at written and verbal communication in English
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Related hospitality experience preferred
- Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, kneel
- Able to sit for long periods of time
