This role will primarily involve office and administrative tasks, including communication via email, the ERP system (JobBoss), and phone calls with customers.
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will be accountable for the management and coordination of Sales Administrative functions including Order Entry, Quoting, Customer Discovery, Account Management, Issue Resolution, Part Tracking, Report Generation, Profitability Analysis, and Strategic Inventory Management.
The Customer Service Representative will report to the CM Sales Manager and work closely with other Sales, Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain Department members.
