We're looking for individuals who share our passion for food and have an adventurous spirit. Our ideal candidate loves working in a dynamic atmosphere and is eager to learn. As a Pizza Chef at CPK, you will bring California creativity to every meal by making each guest your top priority.
You must maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation. This includes assuring timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes, supporting the line checks process, and completing prep par sheets every shift. Additionally, you will practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment. Finally, you will maintain the proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening/closing and side work duties each shift.
