Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct support services to individuals with developmental disabilities. This includes developing and implementing individualized support plans, collaborating with the traditional council, and assisting individuals in accessing resources.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support services to assigned individuals
- Develop and implement individualized support plans
- Collaborate with the traditional council
- Assist individuals in accessing resources
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience or education in special education, child/family health and development, counseling, and/or community development
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Criminal background clearance and tuberculin clearance at time of employment and annually thereafter
