Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the production of exterior automotive lighting products.
The ideal candidate will have high school diploma or equivalent and 0-2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment. You will be required to load and unload materials or parts from production machinery, assemble processed parts into finished lighting products, and perform quality reviews prior to, during, and after the process.
You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, sweeping and free of dust, and assisting department personnel in clean-up operations and machine changes.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to locate and bring processed parts to workstations for loading when necessary.
