Future Opening: Cismea Global Marketing Manager Position

Key Tasks:

  • Appraise potential new products: incl. review market size/trends, competition, pricing, content, specifications
  • Develop go-to-market plans: incl. determine positioning, targets, distribution channels, promo strategy, timing, budget
  • Prepare high quality sales tools: incl. sell sheets, sales pitch decks, ad hoc decks, promo videos, images, catalogs, events
  • Optimize products for launch: incl. recommend specification improvements, decide product names, create brands, manage development of packaging and instruction manuals
  • Assist with trade sell-in: incl. brief sales reps, respond to inquiries, prepare presentations
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns: incl. brief, manage, and assist specialist freelancers and in-house digital marketing experts regarding Shopify websites & landing pages, content creation, organic & paid media, paid search, influencers, paid media, PR, Amazon pages/stores/ads, trade shows.
  • Manage campaigns: incl. oversee individual elements to ensure they run on-strategy, on-time and on-budget. Monitor and refine as needed. Report progress to the team.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a consumer products industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience analyzing markets, reviewing competition, and pricing.
  • Experience with developing sell sheets and/or sales pitch decks.
  • Experience with developing brands. Packaging and instruction manuals are a plus.
  • Experience in social media marketing. Marketing funnels are a plus.
  • Experience with e-commerce. Amazon stores/product pages and Shopify are a plus.
  • High level expertise with MS Office. Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator is a plus.
  • Fluent English speaker/writer (native level). Chinese is a plus.
