Job Summary :
Oversees, prepares, reviews and presents general and / or discipline project estimates (civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, construction distributables, services) estimates in heavy civil, airport, light rail, Renewable Power, Fossil Power as required by the Estimating Manager. Responsible for conceptual estimating, cost analysis and estimate planning, coordination and consolidation. Responsible for directing the cost estimate effort on a major project or on multiple small projects. Performs department organizational and administrative activities when delegated. Provides direction to others on project / program level tasks.
