We are a well-established and quickly growing small remodeling company with a strong reputation for quality work, with a focus on establishing good client communication. Specializing in residential renovations, we offer a range of services from kitchen and bathroom remodels to full home transformations. We are looking to expand our teamand seek an Project Manager to help lead and oversee our exciting projects.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a well organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Project Managerto join our team. An ideal candidate will be someone with at least a decade in the fieldand looking to transition into the roll. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and executing residential remodeling projects from start to finish. You will work directly with clients, subcontractors, and our in-house team to ensure each project is completed on time, within budget, and to our company standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they

are completed on time and within scope.

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource

allocation.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project

requirements are met.

  • Monitor project progress and performance using Builder Trend
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any issues that arise

on the construction site.

  • Review contracts and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
  • Prepare reports on project status
  • Implement effective time management strategies to optimize workflow and

productivity.

  • Lead and motivate team members, fostering a positive and productive work

environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role within the remodeling or

construction industry.

  • Experience managing residential remodeling projects from inception to

completion.

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, legal regulations and

industry best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage

relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management software (Buildertrend experience is a

plus).

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and project specifications.
  • Oregon or Washington driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
  • Second Language skills at any level, especially Spanish, is a plus.
