We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assisted Living House Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our assisted living homes. Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the assisted living Home, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies.
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of resident care.
- Develop and implement programs that promote resident engagement, well-being, and quality of life.
- Ensure that resident rights are upheld and that all staff are trained in these principles.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans for residents with varying needs, including those requiring memory care.
- Conduct regular assessments of the home operations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Foster a positive environment for both residents and staff, promoting teamwork and open communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in long-term care management or a similar role within senior care settings.
- Strong knowledge of resident rights and regulations governing assisted living facilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with experience in budgeting and operations management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
