This role will be located at our Englewood, Colorado facility.
We are seeking a Recruiter who will manage and support full life cycle recruitment for various Propulsion Engineering roles within Beehive Industries Propulsion Division. This is a remote role and will be up to a 4-6 month contract position.
Responsibilities :
- Sources qualified candidates through various networking channels through-out social media
- Works as a reliable partner for Hiring Managers, proactively reaches out to provide weekly updates and feedback
- Builds a pipeline of candidates for very specific skill sets that are needed for critical roles
- Manages candidates who apply on the applicant tracking system
- Ensures that communication with candidates is reflective of Beehive Industries values and culture

50 - 70 USD per hour(Denver)
