Job Overview:
As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in driving membership growth and supporting brand initiatives. You will act as a brand ambassador, promoting our services and products to local health and wellness-focused businesses, building valuable partnerships, and contributing to the overall success of our marketing strategy. This role will also involve creating marketing campaigns and coordinating a monthly schedule of pop-up events with partners to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Drive membership sales by engaging with prospective clients, identifying opportunities, and closing deals to increase brand membership and revenue.
- Local Business Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with local health and wellness businesses (gyms, yoga studios, wellness centers, etc.) to create strategic partnerships and cross-promotion opportunities.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism in all interactions, ensuring that the brand’s message, values, and mission are effectively communicated.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving leads. Focus on digital marketing, social media, and email marketing strategies targeting the health-conscious community.
- Pop-Up Events: Plan, organize, and manage a monthly schedule of pop-up events in collaboration with local business partners, aiming to engage the community and increase brand visibility.
- Community Engagement: Attend local health and wellness events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the brand and develop connections.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track sales and marketing performance, provide regular reports on growth, success, and areas of improvement. Use insights to refine strategies for maximum impact.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing within the health and wellness industry, with a focus on membership-based sales.
- Success in Market: Proven track record of success in driving membership growth and building strategic partnerships within the health and wellness sector.
- Brand Ambassador: Strong ability to represent and advocate for the brand while fostering positive relationships with clients, partners, and the community.
- Marketing Expertise: Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, digital ads, etc.).
- Event Planning: Proven ability to organize and manage events, including pop-up events, to engage potential clients and build brand awareness.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Proactive and Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to work independently, set and achieve sales targets, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to promote products, services, and build community engagement.
