Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the PACT program with the following:
- Maintains communication with funding sources or other contacts, as appropriate
- Ensures that the program adheres to regulations and requirements of licensing bodies and funding sources.
- Serves as primary liaison with other BHN programs.
- Directs and coordinates the client admission process and treatment, rehabilitation, and support services of the program in coordination with the psychiatrist.
- Schedules the admission interview; develops and coordinates the initial assessment and initial treatment plan; assigns the most appropriate staff to the individual treatment team (ITT); and provide clinical supervision of the development of the comprehensive assessment and the treatment plan for each client.
What are we looking for in a Clinical Manager?
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling (required).
- Minimum of 2 years in human services (preferred).
- Management or supervision experience (2 years)
- Clinical licensure or license eligible.
- Individuals must be committed to empowerment and growth, human rights, and community integration of individuals served.
- Demonstrates willingness and ability to treat challenging and diverse client populations, including a forensic population.
- Demonstrates cultural competence in supporting clients with a variety of different cultural backgrounds.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of community resources, and how to help clients access them.
- Demonstrates willingness to work with individuals who are forensically involved within the Sequential Intercept model.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Vehicle for use during all working hours should be registered and inspected in accordance w 540 CMR 4.00.
