The Manager, HR Operations supports the HR team by participating in the design and management of the workflows supporting Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and HR Business Partner activities, as well as partnering with cross functional teams such as IT, Finance, and Legal. The Manager, HR Operations participates with the HRIS team providing expertise in the design of ongoing enhancements and process improvement related to the employee lifecycle in Workday. Manager, HR Operations Drive an exceptional experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to termination. Have in-depth knowledge of HR processes and procedures. Assure downstream systems and functions receive information in a timely manner. First point of contact for HR Operations related questions. Ensure employee data in Workday and related payroll systems is up to date and accurate. Provide Employment Verifications both written and verbal as needed. Recommend and implement new end to end processes when necessary. Support annual HR processes such as annual compensation and performance/talent. Support all ongoing audit requirements including SOX compliance. Participate in the design and testing when implementing new Workday modules and enhancements. Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A Minimum Experience, Knowledge, Skills Required: 5 years HR Operations experience Excellent customer service skills Excellent inter-personal and communication skills Able to work independently with minimum supervision Strong working knowledge of Workday HR modules: Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Goal Setting, Performance Management, Advanced Compensation Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, able to shift directions quickly when priorities change, Ability to think through problems and come up with innovative solutions and deliver against very tight deadlines Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and versatility to manage multiple projects, priorities and urgent issues successfully and simultaneously. Must be detail-oriented, analytical and have a systems thinking approach to problem solving, understanding how things affect one another in an overall system. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
