Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for FAA/EASA/CAAC Capability listings
- Provide process documentation and operating instructions to the shop floor
- Create/Update Master Routers in MRO system
- Engine Manual Updates
- Supplier & Customer technical communication responsibility
- Develop processes for new components into the system
- Design tooling and fixturing for new components
- Generates rework processes for parts that have to be recycle
- Develop, configure and optimize shop floor processes
- Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data
- Design, run and upgrade systems and processes
- Create/Update CMM Programs
- Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
- Manage cost and time constraints
- BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)
- 3 years of work experience in process engineering
- Knowledge of process related standards
- Experience in process development with CNC manufacturing background
- Working knowledge of process engineering software packages
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Solid Works skills
- Aerospace Experience
- Excellent technical skill
- Excellent analytical skills
