Job Summary :

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting all Talent Acquisitions systems, functions and processes across Bell Bank from needs origination to offer and hire. They will serve as stewards and ambassadors of Bell Bank and will support recruiting efforts & initiatives across the organization with a primary focus on Bell Bank Retail and Customer Service positions. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will be process and detailed oriented, exude an ability to form relationships with the talent community and business partners and will be tasked with supporting a best in class candidate and hiring manager experience.

Primary Duties :

Supports the full recruiting cycle from needs origination to hire including scheduling, interviewing, and offer creation.

  • Promote and support workplace diversity.
  • Grow and foster nurturing and trusting relationships with managers, employees, and job seekers.
  • Serve as a proactive resource, identifying challenges / pain points and providing solutions in advance
  • Support the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs.
  • Screen resumes and job applications, conduct phone interviews, and manage aspects of candidate communication.
  • Follow up on interview statuses and update records in the HRIS software.
  • Coordinate and schedule pre-employment assessments, if needed.
  • Perform background checks on prospective employees.
  • Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Know by name and face as many customers and employees as possible, calling them by name as often as possible.
  • Know and practice LOCBUTN, our Golden Rules, and Bell Bank Customer Service Standards.
  • Know, understand, and live the company values and bottom line.
  • Conduct activities consistent with established Bell Bank policies, procedures and systems, the Bell Bank Employee Conduct policies, the Bank Secrecy Act and all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
  • All employees are responsible for information security, including compliance with policies and standards which protect sensitive information.
  • Prompt and reliable attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Job Skills Required :

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • 2 years of experience with a customer service focus, project management or coordination and / or general HR / business operations.
  • Exceptional communication (written & verbal), interpersonal, and decision making skills.
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative and collaborate when necessary.
  • Detail-oriented and able to complete and prioritize projects with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times due to the nature of the HR functions and information.
