- Updating account notes, logs, and ensuring follow-through on requests
- Handle client feedback with care and compassion
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, prioritize client needs effectively, and escalate concerns when necessary
- Contribute to improving customer service processes by providing feedback and suggestions for enhanced client satisfaction

- Previous customer service experience
- Photoshop knowledge
- Photography knowledge
- Excel, Google Docs & Sheets knowledge

- Monday - Friday from 9 to 5:30 pm
- Starting Pay: $19.25 per hour
