Bella Brazilian Wax is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Front Desk Coordinator for our Harvey location who is available to work up to 40 hours a week, Tuesday through Saturday. Come join our diverse team of amazing women at Bella Brazilian Wax!
Schedule is as follows:
Tuesday-Friday: 9:30am-6pm and Saturdays: 8:30am-5:00pm
Excellent attendance is imperative for this position.
The Front Desk Coordinator at Bella is responsible for greeting clients, checking them in for appointments, answering phones, and managing the appointment schedule. They are also in charge of promoting and selling the B.Brazilian Wax skin care products.
As the first point of contact for clients, the Front Desk Coordinator sets the tone for the salon experience. They are expected to maintain the highest level of personal hygiene as well as a professional appearance and demeanor. The Front Desk Coordinator is expected to provide superior customer service to all clients.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients as soon as they arrive, making sure consent and policy forms are signed
- Answer phones and book appointments, providing exceptional customer service
- Manage appointment schedule, ensuring that each Bella Wax Professional is utilized efficiently, and appointments are booked accordingly
- Properly document client files
- Handle client inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Promote, educate, and sell skin care products to clients
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with day-to-day tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Prior experience in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in fast paced environment while remaining calm and composed
- Proficiency in basic computer skills; knowledge of scheduling software a plus
- Strong organizational skills
Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory. We are happy to train the right candidates. Strong multi-tasking skills, with an ability to problem solve while remaining calm, cool, and collected are a must. Also, being very comfortable with computer/internet technology and having the ability to learn point-of-sales systems easily is important for this position.
