What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Bella Vita Bistro and Catering?
We are seeking a detail oriented, extremely organized, up-beat and positive person to join our catering side of the business. The ideal candidate will have reliable transportation, excellent computer skills, and a willingness and ability to work in a fast paced environment where no two days are exactly alike. Some of the Job responsibilities include:
- Updating and maintaining the schedule of all upcoming catering jobs.
- Contacting clients to obtain deposits, final payments, and iron out details for the day of the event.
- Inventory of items such as Sterno, Plates, Napkins etc.
- Track materials left at businesses and coordinate pick up
- Check emails and respond to customer inquiries
