Our growing company is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This position requires the candidate to greet clients, answer phones, collect payments, schedule appointments and assist other admin with daily roles.

Responsibilities Include:

Greet and direct all visitors

Answer and transfer incoming calls

Answer or forward emails

Receive, sort, distribute and send mail

Handle inquiries and complaints

Order supplies

Assist other Admin with daily roles
