With A rated carriers and in-house claims specialists, we ensure peace of mind for our clients across the country.

How You'll Make An Impact

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Assistant at Gallagher Charter Lakes. The Assistant will be responsible for data entry, quality control, customer service, editing, and entering client details and quotes into the system. While the role is primarily located in Grand Rapids, MI, some remote work is acceptable.

About You

Required: Bachelor's degree; no experience required.

Preferred

  • Production Assistance and Quality Control skills
  • Customer Service and Teamwork skills
  • Editing proficiency
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with data entry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
