Overview
Belmont Engineered Plastics (BEP) is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) to join our team. The CSC will be the "voice of the customer" for BEP. This role entails accurate entry of all customer orders, communication to the BEP supply chain team regarding needs, and proactive communication with customers to ensure success.

The right person for the team will have the following qualifications and experience:
- Provide exceptional customer support with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in Accounting is preferred
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced work environment
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently into IQMS
- Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer needs and feedback
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with strong Excel experience
- Analyze customer interactions to improve service quality and satisfaction
- Ability to lead cross functional meetings and report clearly and concisely to senior leadership on customer service related issues
