Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in Arkansas City, KS. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of assigned properties, handling tenant relations, managing property maintenance, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Additional responsibilities include preparing budgets, financial reporting, and coordinating with vendors and contractors.
