What You Will Do?
Strong Customer Service focus. Providing superior Customer Service and communication to our residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction.
Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; prequalify tenants and scheduling showings.
Perform tenant screenings, schedule showings
Process tenant applications, secure security deposit and perform lease and move in procedures and paperwork.
Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents; paying bills; forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
Aid tenants in resolving maintenance issues or schedule with maintenance.
Address and resolve tenant complaints
Prepare and Process Evictions and Collections
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; webinars and etc.
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Position Requires
Office Hours: Monday - Friday from 8:15am to 5:45pm
On Call Hours: Rotating Schedule - Evenings & Weekends
Salary : $28,000 - $35,000
