Property Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, exceptional customer service skills, and a comprehensive understanding of property management practices. This role involves ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining property standards, and managing financial aspects effectively.

Duties

• Manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, leasing, and compliance with investor and state regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to the appropriate compliance agencies.
• Prepare and manage budgets.
• Handle lease agreements, renewals, and terminations while ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, leases, and tenant communications.
• Attend annual trainings, including but not limited to the Annual Housing Conference.
• Personal vehicle for travel - will receive mileage reimbursement.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills to foster positive relationships with tenants and clients.
• Proficiency in technology as we operate mainly through electronic software systems.
• Organizational skills for managing office tasks related to property administration.
• Proven experience in property management is highly desirable, but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Property Management experience preferred, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
