- WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Coordinating total dining room operation in a hands-on dining service position including interviewing, hiring and training of restaurant servers.
- Supervising, coordinating and assisting with the restaurant dining room service and preparation of all dining spaces.
- Developing work schedules and daily assignments for dining room servers / waitstaff.
- Maintaining strict sanitary standards as dictated by company policy and health department regulations.
- Ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our residents and their guests.
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 including booster when eligible and the flu when available
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in verbal and written English
- Positive, engaging and teamwork oriented customer service focused attitude
- Previous supervisor or lead experience in high volume food service, hospitality, banquet, food & beverage or waitstaff related role
- Knowledge of Cleaning Standards in a commercial food operation
