YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS 

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience. 

You are responsible for professionally handling and maintaining the bag room, cart barn, golf shop, practice areas and on-course amenities while providing excellent customer services to members and their guests.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE 

• Greet members and their guests and maintains a friendly, positive, helping, and motivated attitude.
• Be responsible for organizing supplies, stocking, and trash duties of bagroom
• Maintain equipment and course supplies (water coolers, trash bins, range balls etc)
• Attend to members and guests needs upon arrival and completion of their rounds.
• Clean members and guests golf clubs.
• Drive and move golf carts to golf shop staging area.
• Assist with tournaments and special events.
• Observe all safety practices and protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness of all golf carts, equipment, golf shop, and golf course.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED   

Education 

• High School or currently attending.

Experience and/or Training 

• Ability to anticipate and skilled in multi-tasking
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent member service skills
• High attention for detail and great organizational skills
• Clean and professional appearance at all times

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT 

• U.S. Work Authorization (required).
