Company Summary
Beloved Ones Short Term Residential Therapeutic Program, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, that provides 24 hr. care to youth/NMDs. The facilities are located in Antioch, CA. 94509.
Job Summary The Administrator is responsible for the efficient operation of their BelovedOnes
STRTP facility. Responsibilities
General:
- Supports BOSTRTP’s mission, vision, philosophies and goals
- Adheres to the requirements and regulations as set forth by the Title 22, the latest Interim Licensing
Standards, CDSS, & Community Care Licensing
- Adheres to all current federal & state laws, as well as to Beloved Ones’ Policies and Procedures, including the safeguarding of confidential healthcare information and compliance with the Health Insurance Portability
& Accountability Act (HIPAA)
- Reports immediately any suspected incidents of child abuse or neglect by following all Mandated Reporting guidelines.
- Reports all incidents, minor and serious, provides updates to the director, HR, mental health staff, and/or
CFTs.
- Attends scheduled meetings as required
- Completes other duties as directed by the Executive Director, or designee
Duties:
- Directing and evaluating BOSTRTP within the limits of the functions and policies established by Beloved
Ones STRTP
- Adhere to facility budget and manage expenditures according to BOSTRTP’s limitations
- Administration of discipline and setting of limits for behavior that are consistent with trauma-informed care standards.
- Notation of youth/NMD’s progress; identification of the possible need for additional professional services; and communication of such findings to professional staff.
- Organizing the work of the facility, developing staff work schedules, and delegating responsibilities to staff
- Ensure access to core services and supports, daily activities, and emotional and social supports, as necessary
- Assessing the facility’s operations and reporting to the BOSTRTP’s director and making recommendations to address identified problems
- Ensures the safety and basic care to the residents at Beloved Ones STRTP.
- Supervise and provide training to staff
- Recruiting, appointing, evaluating, disciplining, and terminating staff.
- Prepare and supervise meals and snacks, providing training as per schedule.
- Develop a plan for the orientation, development, and training of staff.
- Review complaints made by children or their authorized representative and deciding upon the action to be taken to handle the complaint
- Observing and interacting with staff, children, and other individuals, as necessary, to ensure the quality of care for children and program services
- If on duty at night, ensure that you are alert and conducting proper bed checks
- Immediately report any suspected incident of child abuse, neglect or and follow all Mandate Reporting guidelines
- Assess and correct any problems within skill level.
- Be knowledgeable in and follow CDSS Interim licensing standards, Title 22, and BOSTRTP policies and procedures
- Must be on premises for each facility (max = 2 facilities), a minimum of 20 hours/week.
- Supervise facility managers, supervisors, and direct care staff.
- Any other duties that may be necessary to manage and administer the BOSTRTP

Work Environment: Beloved Ones STRTP
Pay: $50,000-$65,000k year
Work Hours: This is a full-time, salaried position. Must be flexible to include some weekend, holiday, and evening hours
Education & Experience
- Must have a minimum of 2 years at an accredited college plus at least 5 years of administrative experience or supervisory experience over social worker, direct care and/or support staff, providing direct services to children in an agency or community care facility with a licensed capacity of 6 or more.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess a valid STRTP administration certificate

- Competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel, the Internet, and other software applications
- Effective oral/written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively work as a part of a professional team
Additional Requirements
- Proof of valid California Driver’s License
- Access to reliable transportation
- Proof of valid/current auto insurance (only required for employees who transport clients)
- Copy of official state driving record
- Three (3) employment references
- Cleared criminal background check and signed statement regarding felony indictments/convictions
- Cleared TB test results (current within 12 months prior to employment)

kneeling, crouching, crawling, frequent sitting, standing and walking, may be required for long periods of time and may involve climbing stairs, walking up inclines, and on uneven terrain.
