Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and have a solid background in Quickbooks, both online and desk top, for accounting, Payroll and job costing purposes. Use of Adobe, Excel, uploading, downloading, emailing, scanning, other general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents, ensuring easy access to important information.
- Handle front desk responsibilities, including directing inquiries appropriately.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and basic accounting tasks as above.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment.
- Experience with QuickBooks software is required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
