About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Intake Paralegal to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate has previous intake experience, is experienced in high volumes of client communication, mass torts and or personal injury. This is an in-office position located in Dallas, Texas. Responsibilities:
- Make initial new contact with clients
- Gather necessary case information
- Submit medical record requests to the medical records department
- Maintain continual client communication
- Update and maintain case management system with all case contact and data
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or Paralegal Certification
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work within a team in a professional office environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in mass torts
- Experience in personal injury
- Experience using Filevine
- Experience as an intake paralegal
Pay range and compensation package:
Salary is based on candidates experience.
